Steve Hoskins, the senior partner of the firm, is a fourth generation Floridian and lifelong resident of St. Lucie County. He obtained his law degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1980. He earned the distinction of becoming a board-certified civil trial lawyer by the Florida Bar in 1989 and has dedicated his legal career to helping injured victims obtain justice and financial peace of mind.
Louis D. Turco, a partner, is a social security disability and veterans’ disability attorney. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Canisius College and his law degree from Florida State University in 1990. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans’ Claims. Lou is a member of NOSSCR, National Organization of Social Security Claimants, Representatives, and The National Organization of Veterans’ Advocates. Handling Social Security Disability cases at all levels of appeal, Lou has handled thousands of disability cases since 1991.
Colin V. Lloyd, a partner, is a bankruptcy attorney and received his legal training at the University of Florida College of Law, where he graduated with honors. He is admitted to the Middle and Southern District Federal Courts and is a member of the Bankruptcy Bar Association for the Southern District of Florida. He is the supervising attorney of the bankruptcy department of the firm.
Ian T. Lloyd, the managing partner of the firm, is a disability attorney. He graduated from Stetson University College of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1999. He is admitted to the Southern Federal District Court and the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans’ Claims. Ian is a member of NOSSCR, the National Organization of Social Security Claimant Representatives and the National Organization of Veterans’ Advocates.
